[Development] Qt Creatror can require a patched Clang build?

Hi! It seems that now Qt Creator requires a patched Clang build in
order to build the ClangFormat plugin:

The patch in itself hasn't been even accepted in clang's master branch:

https://reviews.llvm.org/D53072

So basically those who use the system's clang build can't build the
pluging without rebuilding the system's clang.

Is this acceptable? I really think it is not, but...
