[Development] Gerrit comment "Continuous Integration: Running"

Weird thing is happening with Coin or Gerrit - all integrating changes got "Continuous Integration: Running"
comment. Restaging leads to "Continuous Integration: Running" posted again to gerrit with state changed
back to Active.
