[Development] QtPDF did not change license

Correct. Qt PDF license has not been changed.
Some of the contributors preferred to keep the license as LGPL. When we were checking this, some info did not get through. So while the change to GPL would be completely fine for many, there was still concerns and pushback towards changing the license.
In general changing a license is always challenging, and to the extent possible we try to get all key contributors on board if such is considered. For Qt PDF it would have been better to start off with GPL from the very beginning, but we did not do that when the Qt PDF was first created by The Qt Company.
