[Development] HEADS-UP: Branching from '5.12' to '5.12.9' ready

Hi all,

Branching is now ready and all changes targeted to Qt 5.12.9 release needs to be done in '5.12.9'. As usual staging in '5.12.9' is restricted to release team only
