[Development] HEADS-UP: Branching from '5.12' to '5.12.8' done

Hi!

Branching from '5.12' to '5.12.8' is now done and all changes targeted to Qt 5.12.8 release must be done in '5.12.8' . As usual no any nice to haves in release branch anymore; just fixes for release blockers. And as earlier staging in '5.12.8' is restricted to release team only.
