[Development] connection timeout to codereview.qt-project.org:22

Following the instructions at
https://wiki.qt.io/Setting_up_Gerrit#Qt5_gerrit_git_remote, I get

$ git push gerrit HEAD:refs/for/5.15.0
ssh: connect to host codereview.qt-project.org port 22: Connection timed out
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

It's definitely not my connection, I'm able to ssh everywhere else on
port 22.

Is the ssh server down or is the wiki out of date?
