[Development] Qt 5.15.0 RC2 published

Hi,

We have released Qt 5.15.0 RC2 today. As usual you can get it by using online installer (for new installations) or by using maintenance tool (existing online installation). Delta to rc1 as an attachment.

Target is still to release Qt 5.15.0 19th May.
