Plus an unreported but mentioned one that none of the tests that use auxiliary
builds such as plugins and helper executables can find their helper tools.
Just try to run tst_qprocess or any corelib/plugin test.

$ cmake --version
cmake version 3.21.2
CMake suite maintained and supported by Kitware (kitware.com/cmake).
Should I upgrade?
