[Development] unable to run qtdeclarative examples

"Install" and "default" are difficult to combine when talking about QML
modules. How _did_ you install the example? Could you please open a bug
report at https://bugreports.qt.io with a detailed description of what
you did, what happened, and what you expected? That's much easier to
track than a mailing list discussion.
