[Development] Nominating Mikołaj Boć as approver

Hi,


I’d like to nominate Mikołaj Boć as an approver for the Qt project.

Mikołaj joined the Qt Company earlier this year and hit the ground running. He has contributed features and many bug fixes for the Qt for WebAssembly platform integration, as well as bug fixes for other parts of Qt.
