[Development] Monthly CI maintenance break - February (Mon 7th Feb 2022)

Coin update during the maintenance introduced a bug which can leave the changes hanging in wrong state.

A change was reverted, and changes should now be handled correctly. It will take a moment to sort through the changes that are in wrong state.
