The Qt Company really needs to revisit their LTS policy.

It is clear from this and other threads that the LTS policy does NOT have 
the intended effect. The users (developers using Qt) are NOT getting 
commercial licenses for LTS (as the Qt Company apparently expected). Nor are 
they even upgrading to a newer version any faster. Instead, they are stuck 
with unfixed security issues. How does that help the Qt Company in any way?
