[Development] QtCS2022 - BigBlueButton, Moderators and Note Takers

Hi again,

Just a few remarks:
- With BigBlueButton, you can share your screen and update a PDF to help you in your presentation.
- If you would like to test BigBlueButton beforehand, just write me and we can do this together – I am definitely free tomorrow from 8am till 5pm CEST.
- Reminder: add your already proposed Session to a desired timeslot in our wiki<https://wiki.qt.io/Qt_Contributors_Summit_2022_-_Program>. Alternatively, we can arrange timeslots during Topic Pitching and Agenda Refinement.
- A second Track was added, use it for timeslots if need be.

Keynote will be led by Lars Knoll – June 7 at 10:00 CEST.

I’ll be giving our page a few tweaks, and I will also leave some templates to make our lives easier.

Our QtCS2022 is coming – June 7-8.
We will be using KDE’s BigBlueButton infrastructure.

Therefore, you won’t need any registration to access the event.

On another note, would you like to volunteer to give a hand during the event?
I plan to be present for most of it, but it is ideal to share the responsibility just in case.

If you want to be a moderator or a note taker, please add your name to the table<https://wiki.qt.io/Qt_Contributors_Summit_2022_-_Program>; scroll to the end of the page to find the table and fill in the blanks.
You can moderate/take notes for more than one session.

For Moderators-only: please send me your email (linked to KDE, must be registered) so I can give you the appropriate rights.
