[Development] QMediaDevices::videoInputs() and libcamera

tl;dr: Qt (at least 6.2.4) can't find cameras when libcamera is
installed, as reported in https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-104226

I am bringing the issue here because I want to take a deeper look at
the issue, and maybe someone here can shed some light before I plunge
into the code. So, if anyone has a clue and can share it, I'll be happ
to try and see what can be done.
