Hello :)

I've lately not had time to contribute to Qt (personal life keeping me busy).
Since Volker and others did a great job porting Qt Speech to Qt 6, they know the code better than me by this time. I'd like to step down as maintainer and allow those who actually contribute to take over.

Hereby I nominate Volker as maintainer (he's agreed privately already).
