[Development] Transfering my Approver status to another user

[Astals Cid, Albert]

Hi,

Can the Approver status from my albert.astals.cid at kdab.com user be 
transfered
to my aacid at kde.org user?

The first is tied to my current employer while the second is my personal
address.

I think it makes more sense that the Approver status is tied to the 
person
without it having into account their current employer.
