[Development] Failed to run configure.bat in qt/qt5 repository on Windows?

Hello, Alexandru. Thank you for your reply. In that case, I have another
question to ask:

   - *Which module should I build before building the Qt documentation?*

Since I only want to build the Qt documentation, I hope to minimize other
unnecessary build
steps. According to the Qt Wiki
<https://wiki.qt.io/Building_Qt_Documentation#Building_Qt_6_Documentation>,
if I want to build the Qt documentation, I need to have the
QDoc executable ready, which seems to be a submodule in the qt/qttools
<https://github.com/qt/qttools> repository. So,

   - *Do I just need to build the 'qdoc' target in the 'qttools'
   repository?*
