[Development] Failed to run configure.bat in qt/qt5 repository on Windows?

Hello, Cristian.

According to Installing Clang for QDoc
<https://doc.qt.io/qt-6.4/qdoc-guide-clang.html>, it seems that we can
install thoes pre-built
libclang packages from Qt Online Installer, right?

However, I didn't find any of them in Qt Online Installer. Why?
