[Development] Do we need VS2019 for Qt 6.6?

Everyone at my small company has been using Qt Creator on Windows to build
our application using the VS2022 tools for a minimum of 2+ months, some of
us much longer. I couldn't find the telemetry setting you mentioned, so
perhaps we all disabled the feature, though that would be surprising.

We build Qt ourselves (also with MSVC 2022) so if this requires that the Qt
be an official build perhaps your statistics are missing us.
