[Development] Creator: how to search for qdoc

as far as I can tell, that code that looks for qdoc next to qmake was only needed for Qt 5.
Qt 6 defines a target Qt(6)::qdoc, so we should just use that target instead, like we do for Qt::qhelpgenerator.
I can look into a patch.
