[Development] Jira Bot related email spam

Hi all,

Earlier today, a new version of the Jira Bot was pushed to production with a bug that caused incorrect fix versions to be chosen for some issues since May 31. Unfortunately, the only way to correct this was to remove all fix versions on the affected issues and re-run the bot with the hotfix in place. As a result of this, you may have received some spam emails from jira showing the fix version being added or removed, along with duplicate comments being posted about merging changes. These can be safely disregarded.

If you have at some point manually added a fix version on a jira issue since May 31, please try to check in on it to make sure that all the necessary fix versions are set as expected. Due to API limitations, I was not able to discriminate between bot and user applied fix versions on the affected issues, so user applied fix versions will need to be re-added.

Sorry for the inconvenience,
-Daniel
