[Development] Call For Presentations - Qt World Summit 2023

Hello all,

As you might have heard, the Qt World Summit is back as a live event this year.

Also, our Call for Presentations is still open; you have until April 19th 2023 to submit your proposal.
You don’t need to have your presentation ready by now of course, but just a clear idea of what you want to talk about. You can work on your presentation details until November. :)
