[Development] Failed to run configure.bat in qt/qt5 on MINGW64/MSYS2 shell?

Hi,

Please, remove 'msys2-runtime-devel' package ('pacman _rusc 
msys2-runtime-devel' and try again.
cmake is picking libraries from MSYS environment.
