[Development] Failed to run configure.bat in qt/qt5 on MINGW64/MSYS2 shell?

You didn't answer my earliest question: Why aren't you using the
> pre-built packages from MSYS2?
> Do they miss some features?


About that, it's because in the previous email someone told me that:

I had better build 'qdoc' myself if I want to build docs of the specific Qt
> version.


In other words,

   - If I want to build Qt 6.5.2 Documentation, I should build qdoc from
   6.5.2 sources.
   - If I want to build Qt 6.6.0 Documentation, I should build qdoc from
   6.6.0 sources.
   - ...etc

Therefore, it is not suitable for me to use pre-built packages from MSYS2
since I cannot control the version of the installed Qt package.
