[Development] Monthly CI maintenance break - April (Mon, Apr 8th 2024)

[CI Maintenance Break]

The maintenance break is "over". We have a few loose threads to tie up tomorrow, but things should eventually come up now that they have started.

With a lot of changes this time, we have to keep many eyes on the systems to see that they work, but that's something for tomorrow.

We’ll have our scheduled maintenance break on next Monday (8th of April). We’ll begin our work at 5:00 UTC (8 EEST) and you can prepare for 6 hours of CI not working.
