Quick update; I passed this information along to Alexei, and he found some issues in the documentation project configuration for this and a couple of other, smaller, projects (AFAIU; Qml XmlModels and Qml ScriptWorker). He's filed it as a bug at https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-132274, if you'd like to track the work or add additional information.
