[Development] Heads-up: what's new in '6.8' -documentation needs updates

Hi all,
Qt 6.8 Feature Freeze will be in effect this Friday and https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qtdoc.git/tree/doc/src/whatsnew/whatsnew68.qdoc seem to be still quite unfinished ☹ It would be good to get some more content there for Qt 6.8 Beta1 so please do at least most important updates now; finalizing and polishing can then happen later in beta phase.
