It was brought to my attention that we might be limited by Qt's (or Qt Company's) support for Yocto 4.0 (kirkstone) LTS which ships CMake 3.22.

Until it is clarified whether that is really the case, the max we could bump to is 3.22.

I don't think 3.22 is controversial, and is a big improvement already over 3.16, so I will prepare changes for bumping to 3.22.

In case we can go higher, I will prepare a follow up change for a higher version, after we get a consensus what that could be.

The likely candidates would be 3.24, 3.25, 3.26.
