qtactiveqt is now done, pending submodule integration. All C++ tests passed on 
my machine (all tests that ran CMake failed because they improperly quoted 
"c:/Program Files").

I didn't get to work on qtscxmlc today as I had wanted. I spent time trying to 
figure out thread_local on Windows, again.
