Hi all,

Following QUIP-2 [1], I'd like to nominate Masoud Jami
(masoud.jami at qt.io) for approver rights in The Qt Project.

He's been doing great work on Qt Linguist since joining in October 2024,
and I trust he'll handle the role well.
