Hey,

I would like to nominate Soheil Armin as an approver for the Qt project.

Soheil has been working for The Qt Company since January 2022 and has done excellent
work on Qt for Android Automotive projects, as well as many Qt for Android features such
as Android Qt Quick View.

I fully trust that he will be an excellent and responsible approver.
