[Development] Requesting a feature freeze exception for Qt HttpServer

Hi,

I'd like to ask for a feaure freeze exception for QtHttpServer to add support for HTTP/1.0.

This change was approved before feature freeze, but could not get through over the weekend because of a integration failure with a change that it was depending on.

The dependent change, which refactored some tests, but had too short timeout for one of them, is merged into dev, and has been staged for a long time without starting to integrate in 6.11, but should also be backported to 6.10 and 6.8.
