I would like to request a new repository that will be part of the Qt 
Bridges project. Here are the details

- Name: Qt Bridge for Rust
- Description:
Rust bridge implementation for the Qt Bridges project. Qt Bridges is a 
technology that
enable developers to provide application logic to Qt Quick application, 
by offering a new and simple API,
that aim to stay as closer as possible to the bridge language style and 
principles.
- Responsible people: Yuri.Knigavko at qt.io, Matthias.Rauter at qt.io, 
Piotr.Wiercinski at qt.io
- Repo name: qt/qtbridge-rust
