[Development] Repository request: qt/qtbridge-csharp

Hello,

I would like to request a new repository that will be part of the Qt 
Bridges project. Here are the details:

- Name: Qt Bridge for C#
- Description:
C# bridge implementation for the Qt Bridges project. Qt Bridges is a 
technology that
enable developers to provide application logic to Qt Quick application, 
by offering a new and simple API,
that aim to stay as closer as possible to the bridge language style and 
principles.
- Responsible people: Miguel.Costata at qt.io, Karsten.Heimrich at qt.io
- Repo name: qt/qtbridge-csharp
- Note: This repository should be created by renaming the current 
qt-labs/qtdotnet repository
   containing the full history.

In case something else is needed, please let me know.
