Hello,

I would like to request a new repository that will be part of the Qt 
Bridges project. Here are the details

Name: Qt Bridges
Description:
Qt Bridges is a technology that
enable developers to provide application logic to Qt Quick application, 
by offering a new and simple API,
that aim to stay as closer as possible to the bridge language style and 
principles.
Responsible persons: Cristian.Maureira-Fredes at qt.io, Vladimir.Minenko at qt.io
Repository name: qt/qtbridges
Note: This repository needs to have as submodules, the repositories of 
the bridges languages:
qt/qtbridge-python, qt/qtbridge-rust, qt/qtbridge-swift, 
qt/qtbridge-java, qt/qtbridge-csharp that were requested as well.
Also, this repo will host other general information for the project like 
documentation and other infrastructure configuration.

In case something else is needed, please let me know.
