[Development] Qt Bug Tracker on Jira - how to comment?

Since the move to Jira, I do not find a way to comment issues anymore. Has this right been removed for “normal” users?
Firefox 146.0.1 on Windows 11, Qt Account login.

Upvoting also doesn’t work, but at least I get an error message, so I know it’s a bug.
