[Development] Qt 6.10.0 initial schedule

Hi!

It is again time to agree initial schedule for Qt 6.10.0.

Here is the proposal:


  *   Platform and Module freeze 16.05.2025
  *   Feature freeze 30.05.2025
  *   Beta1 12.06.2025
  *   RC: 09.09.2025
  *   Final 23.09.2025

Any comments? As usual it is based on Qt 6.8.0 initial schedule...
