I hereby delegate all QtCore maintainer-discretion decisions applying to LTS 
branches of any kind to Marc. He has far more visibility into what is in those 
branches than I do, and he has a vested interest in both improving them and 
keeping them stable, so I trust he will make the correct decisions.
