[Development] Requesting exception to feature freeze for lottietoqml

Hi,

A new lottietoqml tool was ready to go (as tech preview) last week, but it needs a dependency update before we can actually merge it. The last successful update was May 23rd. It also introduces a Qt Quick type for supporting a specific Lottie feature, in a submodule under the Qt.labs.lottieqt module.

So we are formally requesting an extension of the deadline for this until the dependency update has gone through 🙂
