[Development] Nominating Dennis Oberst as QtGrpc Maintainer.

Dennis has done a lot of great work on the Grpc module, I expect he'll take good care of it going forward too.

Hello everyone,

After all the work on Qt GRPC since the beginning,  some of the priorities
of the involved people have been changing,
and considering that Dennis has been doing a very good work with the module:

I believe he can take over the Maintainership of the module while I step down.

With that, I'd like to nominate Dennis Oberst to be the new Qt GRPC Maintainer.
