[Development] Nominating Teea Põldsam for approver rights

I would like to nominate Teea Põldsam as an approver for the Qt project.

Teea has been working as a Technical Writer for Qt Design Studio and Qt License Server and other Qt docs for over a year, and I'm sure that she will use the rights responsibly.
