[Development] HEADS-UP: Qt Wayland will be frozen while migrating the QPA plugin

Hi Thiago,

this is a known issue, and 
https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/645694 should fix it.

Moreover, anyone building QtWayland will currently get duplicate target 
errors until the corresponding patch is merged there.
