[Development] Nominating for Approver: Michael Weghorn

I would like to nominate Michael Weghorn as an approver for the Qt project.

Michael has for several years been an active contributor of new feature and improvements, in particular to Qt’s accessibility support and platform integrations. He gives good feedback in reviews, and some of us met him at this year’s Contributors Summit as well.
