[Development] HEADS-UP: Qt 6.11 Feature Freeze is getting closer

Hi all,

Just a kind reminder:

  *   The Qt 6.11 Feature Freeze will take effect on 5th December.
  *   The Qt 6.11 Platform and Module Freeze is already scheduled for 21st November.

It's now time to start making the necessary packaging-related changes. Please inform me of any new modules planned for release in Qt 6.11. Also, let me know if any existing Technology Preview modules will become officially supported.
