[Development] "Auto projects" in CMake

Hi Scott,

the issue that IDEs should display certain auto-generated targets in 
specific folders has come up before [1], and we've added the global 
property QT_TARGETS_FOLDER [2]. That seems similar to your proposed 
QT_AUTOPROJECT_FOLDER. It's perfectly possible that we missed targets 
that should be moved into these folders.
