[Development] Qt 6.11.0 initial schedule

Hi,

Based on current planning the next LTS version of Qt will be 6.12.

It is again time to agree initial schedule for Qt 6.11.0.

Here is the proposal:


  *   Platform and Module freeze 21.11.2025
  *   Feature freeze 5.12.2025
  *   Beta1 19.12.2025
  *   RC: 27.02.2026
  *   Final 17.03.2026

Any comments? As usual, this is based on the previous Qt spring release schedule (Qt 6.9.0).
