[Development] Request for new module, qt/qtopenapi

Hello all,

I'd like to request a new module, 'qtopenapi', under the 'qt/' space.
Currently, it exists as a qt playground project: https://codereview.qt-project.org/admin/repos/playground/qtopenapi,general

The project provides the Qt6 OpenAPI Client generator<https://codereview.qt-project.org/gitweb?p=playground/qtopenapi.git;a=tree>. It is an extension within the OpenAPI Generator project<https://openapi-generator.tech/> that outputs a Qt6-based C++ client SDK for a given OpenAPI spec<https://spec.openapis.org/oas/v3.1.1.html>.
The OpenAPI Generator is a tool that automatically generates client libraries, server stubs, API documentation, and configuration based on an OpenAPI Specification (formerly Swagger Specification).
The OpenAPI spec is a standard way to describe RESTful APIs using a JSON or YAML format.


It will initially be Tech Preview.
