Hello QtUniverse,

I hereby nominate Seokha Ko as an approver in the Qt Project.

Seokha has worked with Qt more than 5 years and joined Qt 6 for HarmonyOS team since December 2025.
He has made a large number of contributions [1], provided substantial and high-quality reviews [2].
He has been working hard to fix auto tests failures on HarmonyOS recently.
