With support from several maintainers and no objections during the last 15 working days, this is now in effect and I’ve updated https://wiki.qt.io/Maintainers

Jesús, thanks a lot for your work on the QtNetworkAuth and the Qt Project in general, and for making this a good transition. And Juha, thanks for taking over!
