[Development] Stepping down as maintainer of QtHttpServer

Hello everyone,

I would like to let you know that I am stepping down as maintainer of the
QtHttpServer.

Over the past years, I haven’t been able to contribute to the module as
actively as it deserves. Given this limited involvement, I believe it is
the right time to formally hand over the responsibility to someone who can
dedicate the necessary time and attention to it.

I would like to nominate Øystein Heskestad as the new maintainer. He is
familiar with the module and its current state, and I am confident he will
take great care of its future development.
